Was not really impressed with, wish that they would have had more Indian food, arts and crafts, traditional life like study .not a bunch of made in China venders trying to pass off crappy stuff that is supposed to be Indian clothes,jewelry,drums,etc..but on a good note the dancing and true costumes, was very beautiful and amazing

Nice place, interesting and very colorful. Guess they do this Pow-wow every Thanksgiving. Definitely worth the trip.

Fun and inspiring. Beautiful regalia. Great dancers. Lots of craft venders.

Second review just finished it and it got wiped out the powwow is an event that occurs two days in November each year Thanksgiving Day and the day after it is on the reservation native reservation in Atmore this year there were 20,000 plus and attendance lots of food entertainment Furs Jewelry clothing blankets books made and pertaining to Native American Life there was a pageant dancing by Native Americans from all over the America's the native attire was just simply gorgeous I have never seen anything like it you could purchase dream catchers silver jewlery and turquoise bracelets very inexpensive made by the Native American Fox furs Etc when attending these events please remember to arrive early as well as make your reservations at the hotel if you plan to stay because everything books up fast the traffic on Thursday was gridlock if you stay in the hotel they will shuttle you to the event and pick you up if you drive once you park they will pick you up and take you back the buses run like every hour when taking photos at the event you will have to ask permission before taking them except for when the dancing starts then you are allowed the grounds are located within the reservation the powwow area borders the Mobile River I would recommend this event I have attended for many years and each year it appears to get better and better I willingly give it a five-star

My 1st time at the pow wow and had fun with the family. Looking forward to going again next year.
